Many thanks to Susanna and her team for their professionalism and patience. We went through a huge number of layouts since the area is not large and we needed to work out all the details from technical rooms to workspaces. We started the renovation work, and Susanna was available 24/7 to answer all our questions. When needed, we would plan, and Susanna would promptly visit the site to explain the details to the builders.
Everything was clear, on time, and without any issues. We were worried that the project might not match reality, but we were wrong. Everything turned out as we imagined. The visual aspect also fully satisfied us. We worked with pleasure. Now we have real experience working with a competent person. Her knowledge of materials, construction nuances, and finishing work is top-notch.
