Payment Distribution:

Upon the successful completion of a project, the payment will be distributed as follows:

• Freelancer Compensation: The freelancer will receive 70% of the total agreed-upon payment for the project. This portion is designed to fairly compensate freelancers for their skills, time, and effort.
• Platform Service Fee: Creativestudio.work will retain 30% of the total payment as a service fee. This fee supports the operation and maintenance of the platform, including transaction processing, customer support, and the continuous improvement of our services.

This payment structure is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both freelancers and the platform, allowing us to maintain and improve the quality of services offered. By clearly outlining the distribution of payments, we aim to create a balanced and equitable environment that benefits all parties involved.

Payment Process:

• Agreement: Once both parties agree on the project scope and terms, the client deposits the agreed-upon amount into an escrow account managed by Creativestudio.work.
• Completion: Upon successful completion of the project, the freelancer submits the final deliverables for client review.
• Release of Funds: After the client approves the deliverables, the funds are released from the escrow account, distributing 70% to the freelancer and 30% to the platform.

This escrow-based payment process ensures that funds are securely held until project completion, protecting both clients and freelancers from potential disputes.

4. Intellectual Property

Respect for Rights: Creativestudio.work respects the intellectual property of others and asks users to do the same. Any use of another's copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization is prohibited. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they post does not violate any intellectual property rights.

User Responsibilities:
