• User Conduct: Users agree not to post content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable.

3. Pricing and Payment structure
This section outlines the pricing and payment structure for services rendered through our platform. All prices for services are indicated on a per-hour basis. The final price for a project will be determined after both parties have agreed upon the scope of work and the estimated time required for completion.

Payment Distribution:

Upon the successful completion of a project, the payment will be distributed as follows:

• The freelancer will receive 70% of the total agreed-upon payment for the project.
• The platform will retain 30% of the total payment as a service fee for facilitating the transaction and providing the platform services.

This payment structure is designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both freelancers and the platform, allowing us to maintain and improve the quality of services offered.

4. Intellectual Property

• Respect for Rights: Creativestudio.work respects the intellectual property of others and asks users to do the same. Any use of another's copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights without proper authorization is prohibited.

• Service "As Is": The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Creativestudio.work makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
